Our Mission

We love baseball. We grew up playing in the streets and yards of our neighborhoods for hours upon hours in a day. The impact of baseball in our lives is invaluable and our mission is to give back to the sport by sharing our knowledge. With a combined 46 yrs of college and professional baseball experience, we've learned a few things that can help any player of any skill level progress.

Our vision:

Through a unique approach to baseball training, each child will have the opportunity to understand the connection between their body and brain to achieve maximum health and vitality. We will empower the youth with tools and education to accomplish their goals in life beyond baseball by championing integrity, responsibility, commitment, discipline, respect, and honor. Each child will have an opportunity to benefit from the sport of baseball.

Our mission:

Help each player understand and train with a purpose, to realize their personal potential. You don't have to be Aaron Judge to be successful, but you do need to use your tools to the best of your ability to deliver peak performance. We want to help!
